Membership:
Our ministry does not offer traditional membership because we believe that every believer is already a part of the body of Christ. In our view, membership in a ministry is about recognizing and fulfilling your role within this spiritual body. It's about committing to Jesus Christ and adhering to God's commandments. As members of the body of Christ, our focus is on living out our faith and responsibilities according to His teachings.
The Bible supports this perspective with the following scriptures:
1 Corinthians 12:27 (KJV): "Now ye are the body of Christ, and members in particular." This verse emphasizes that we are all part of Christ's body, each with a unique role and responsibility.
Romans 12:4-5 (KJV): "For as we have many members in one body, and all members have not the same office: So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another." This passage highlights the diverse roles within the body of Christ and our interconnectedness.
John 14:15 (KJV): "If ye love me, keep my commandments." This verse underscores that our commitment is to Jesus and following His commandments, rather than any formal membership.
By focusing on these principles, we aim to foster a community of believers who are dedicated to living out their faith in practical ways, fulfilling their God-given roles within the body of Christ.
